   For security reasons, we can only accept orders for new remotes via a written order by post. (see FAQ)

Your order may be sent via post. Your letter should contain the following information.

Name, Address, Telephone number (landline where possible please), email address, Type of remote control required (e.g.. DTI type) How many buttons did the old type have (if known) and where applicable the CODE number.

If sending via post, your cheque which should be made payable to : North London Car Sounds

We will ask you to send a form of identification. This can be a copy of a utility bill or a copy of your driving license. The I.D. should show the same address that your remote control will be sent too.

PLEASE NOTE  We are a VSIB accredited company and therefore we ensure the highest levels of security within our company. All staff have been security screened to British Standards and comply with confidentiality and non-disclosure regulations. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's office and comply with the Data protection act 1998. Data supplied to us will NOT be passed to any third party.
