Correspondence accompanying an item being sent for
repair MUST include the following: Name of sender. Return postal address.
Daytime land line telephone number (please do not include just a mobile
number). Wherever possible please include an email address as this is our preferred
method of contact. Failure to enclose any of this information can result
in delays.

Our fixed price repair service
covers all Piranha remote controls. This service is provided at a cost of
£23.44 and includes VAT (U.K. Tax) at 20% and return normal UK postage
and packing. Should you require 'signed for delivery' or 'Special delivery'
within the U.K. these
are available at an additional cost of £2.03 for Recorded and £6.40 for
Special delivery.
Please state in your correspondence and include additional payments if you
require enhanced return postage.

To
speed up the repair process please include you cheque for £23.44 (remote
repairs only) made payable to North London Car Sounds. For further payment

London Car Sounds cannot be held responsible for any damage to or loss of
items while in transit.

All Piranha remote controls sent for
repair must be sent in a padded type envelope or secure parcel. DO NOT USE
ORDINARY ENVELOPES. Alarm control units should not be sent in padded
envelopes but packaged securely.

Upon
receipt, your remote control will be tested and evaluated for repair. In a
small percentage of cases repair is not possible and should this occur no
charge is made for inspection and attempted repair.

In
the event of an unsuccessful repair, you may either instruct us to scrap
your remote control or pay the balance towards a new remote control
(£21.51) Should you not order a new remote control and ask for the old
control to be returned, then we will ask you to pay for the return postage and
packing.

Should
your remote control casing be deemed as unserviceable, we will ensure that
a serviceable casing is supplied as part of your repair.

Piranha
Alarm units can be accepted for inspection and evaluation for repair. An
estimate will then be provided. No
charge is made for inspection and estimates for repair.
If a unit cannot be repaired, or our estimate for repairs refused, you may ask for the unit to be scrapped or
to be returned. Should you ask for the unit to be returned we will ask you to
pay for return postage and packing.

London Car Sounds reserves the right to dispose of any unclaimed items after 60 days.
This period will commence after notification of either a completed repair,
where payment has not been received, or notification of any item which is
unable to be repaired and no instructions have subsequently been received by us.

Whilst
we are unable to guarantee repair times, every effort is made to dispatch
to you, your completed remote control within three to five working days.

No
repaired items will be dispatched until full payment has been received by
North London Car Sounds.
